We're excited to extend an invitation to our upcoming block party, which aims to foster community spirit and unity among the residents of E. 9th and surrounding blocks. DONATIONS
Our block party thrives on community support! 💛 This year, we're suggesting a $10/adult and $5/child donation to help keep the tradition going strong. A portion of all donations will also support Colonial Neighborhood Council—a local nonprofit providing food and emergency aid to families in our school district. Every dollar brings us closer as a community and makes a real impact.
Some of our block party crew dropped by CNC in April to donate a portion of last year’s funds. A small thank-you for the BIG impact they make in our community!

Potluck & Volunteer Signup
Our potluck and volunteer spots are officially open!
The Block Party Committee will be firing up the grill for hot dogs and burgers on the big day, but we need you to bring the flavor with your favorite sides, desserts, or drinks.
From setup to clean-up, your helping hands will make our block party run without a hitch.

2025 Yard Sale Fundraiser
Our June yard sale was a huge success—thanks to everyone who came out to shop, sell, and support! We loved seeing neighbors connect, treasures find new homes, and our community come together. We can’t wait to do it again next year—bigger, better, and with even more bargains!
